SXRX Concierge is a telehealth service — your medical director can prescribe, advise, and manage your ongoing protocols remotely. For in-person procedures or emergencies, you'll still need a local provider. Many patients use SXRX alongside their primary care physician.
If you have insurance, we submit claims for your 4 included telehealth visits and any covered services. You pay your normal copay or deductible per your plan. If you're uninsured, all 4 visits are included in your annual membership at no additional charge. Monthly members pay $199 per additional visit.

Your membership covers physician access, messaging, and visits. Treatments, compounded medications, and lab panels are billed separately at member pricing — which is reduced vs standard rates. Think of it like a gym membership: the access is covered, the equipment is the separate cost.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty — your access continues through the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days, but you can pause at any time.

SXRX Health is operated by SxRx PLLC and was founded by Perry Wolfe, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. Clinical care is directed by Dr. Daniel Benhuri, MD, our California medical director, with Dr. Xavier Munoz, DO as Texas medical director for our planned expansion. Pharmacy fulfillment for California patients is provided by LA Compounding Pharmacy in Los Angeles.
SXRX Health is a telehealth practice operated by SxRx PLLC. We currently treat adult patients located in California. Every patient is evaluated by a physician licensed in the state where that patient is located. We do not treat patients in states where we are not licensed, and we do not treat minors.
Care is delivered asynchronously through our patient portal. You complete a clinical intake, a physician reviews your history and any laboratory results, and the physician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Prescriptions are issued only where medically appropriate and are never guaranteed. When a prescription is issued, it is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
Our clinicians work across several areas of adult medicine. Availability of any specific treatment depends on the physician’s evaluation of the individual patient.
Some medications prescribed through SXRX are compounded by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy rather than commercially manufactured. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. We disclose this before you order, and your physician will discuss it with you. Some uses of prescribed medications are off-label, meaning the FDA has not approved the medication for that particular use.
